Welcome to the annual Homeless Link survey. 

We are conducting this survey to understand more about the views and experiences of organisations and individuals who use our services or are members of Homeless Link. We are particularly interested to understand the difference Homeless Link has made during the pandemic, what you think is working well, what could be improved, and what Homeless Link should focus on in the future. What you have to say will help shape our work in the year to come and improve the service we provide.

The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete and will be open until 12 midnight on Sunday, 7 March. 

Anything you say will be treated on an anonymous basis. Names and email addresses will only be used if you decide to take part in the follow-up telephone interviews.
