There is an ongoing discussion about the Council ward boundaries within the Argyll and Bute Council area. Part of this discussion might mean a change in the way the islands are represented. Instead of being part of a larger ward which includes mainland areas such as Oban, the islands might form their own, smaller, wards with their own councillors to represent them.

There are a few different options of how the islands could be grouped, along with different ideas about how this might work in practice.

This set of questions is designed for you to let the Community Council know what you think about these issues and to give us feedback. You are of course also welcome to contact any Councillor directly via their e-mail address, which can be found on our website.
