The course will encourage participants to reflect on their own school setting and develop a mindset project that meets their own school and community context and more importantly consider the work in the context of sustained culture change. This learning experience is designed to support, develop and challenge thinking about Growth mindset and how to unlock the potential of all pupils. The purpose of this course is to equip participants with the knowledge to understand the concepts of growth mindset and consider how to apply this in the context of their own school / learning community.
