Workforce Survey: attitudes and conditions
About this survey
Homeless Action Scotland is looking to find out more about the workforce providing services to people experiencing homelessness.
As the pressures and expectations involved in providing services to people experiencing homelessness increase we want to know more about the profile, skills and attitudes of workers in order that we can be better informed about the needs of the workforce and better able to identify areas of development and of strength.
The survey itself comprises of 55 questions, and it is estimated that it will take 15-20 minutes to complete. It is in 4 parts:
About your job
About your identity
About how you feel about your role.
We recognise that this survey asks some sensitive questions: we take the security of your data very seriously. The survey itself is anonymous, however we may use some direct quotations from information provided - no individual will be identified in the corresponding report to be published in the new year.
Most questions simply require choosing from a list of prepared options to minimise the time needed to complete the survey.
We would be very grateful if you could answer all the questions, however some skipping of questions is allowed in this survey format.
The survey cannot be edited or returned to once it has been started, so only submit your responses when you are sure you have completed the entire set of questions.
Thank you in advance for your important contribution.
