This survey is for anyone who lives or works in Greater Manchester, identifies as a lesbian or a bisexual woman (all or part of the time) and also identifies as one or more of the following: woman of colour (BAME), transfeminine person (trans women and non-binary transfeminine people) or older woman (50+).
This survey is the 2nd edition of the consultation we are currently doing to develop our inclusion work. You can access the 1st survey here.
We previously asked you which kind of format you would like the community events to look like and have improved the draft we initially had.

Thanks to your many answers on our survey, we made some changes to match your needs in a better way.
The forums are now called Intersectional Community Events. They will most likely take place on the 1st Saturday afternoon of every month, and every monthly community event will be targeted to a specific group of women.
As you can see on the spreadsheet above, the first monthly community event will be targeted to women of colour, the second one to transfeminine people and the third one to older women, and the series will rotate like this throughout the year.
We are also including workshops for women with multiple of these minority identities, such as being an older lesbian or bisexual of colour. These will also rotate and will adapt to demand.
Let us know what you think about this plan so far, it can still change if needed as the aim is to make it perfect for you.
