* 4. Space listings on Wimblecomm have generated over 2,000 tracked email referrals and venue hire enquiries to nominated venue managers since the beginning of 2017. Many more Wimblecomm users have likely contacted venues directly after seeing their listing on Wimblecomm. 

Tracking actual space bookings is outside of our scope, however to inform our impact evaluation, we are interested in understanding how many referrals might have led to bookings at your venue.

* 18. As a small, self-funding charity and membership organisation we rely heavily on the valuable support from our members and partners with regards to raising awareness of the Wimblecomm online community hub and all related services.

In addition to its well-established Spaces Directory, Wimblecomm now features a growing number of community groups/organisations on its new Community Group Directory.  We are keen to further develop and strengthen our membership base and are inviting qualifying community groups in Merton to subscribe to one of our new COMMUNITY membership plans.  

As your organisation likely interacts with many local groups and organisations, would you be willing to make them aware of Wimblecomm and our COMMUNITY membership offer?

Wimblecomm and related services have been funded to 98% from Wimbledon Community Association's own resources since the website's inception in 2016.  The charitable service to qualifying members (Merton based not-for-profit community venues and groups/organisations) is free of charge.  In addition to the basic, free membership/service option we now offer enhanced, paid options through a tiered membership model.  You can review our free and competitively priced plans and associated benefits here: Membership.

We will shortly carry out a strategic review of Wimblecomm and our charity's long-term options.  This will include collaboration and input from other Merton organisations who provide adjoining services within the borough.  Please let us know if your organisation would be willing to assist in that review, helping us evaluate our social impact and assess how we might make the best use of WCA's charitable resources in the future.
