Wiltshire carers survey
This questionnaire is about your caring role, your experience of using our carer services and what might be useful to you in the future. The aim of the survey is to monitor and improve the services we provide for carers. Your responses will help shape the future provision of support for carers in Wiltshire. Please answer each question as fully as possible.
Taking part in this survey is voluntary. Published reports will not contain any personal details.
Who should complete the questionnaire?
The questions should be answered by you as the carer. If you need help completing the questionnaire, the answers should be given from your point of view – not the point of view of the person helping. Your answers should all relate to support you may have received from Carer Support Wiltshire not for example from Wiltshire Council or another local voluntary sector body / charity.
The survey should take about 20 minutes to complete.
The closing date for completing the survey is 30 September 2023.
