Wellbeing Activities - Friday 28 June

All staff are required to select two sessions via Survey Monkey for the Wellbeing Sessions on Friday 28 June.  All sessions listed below will run in Period 4 and be repeated in Period 5.  You should not select the same session twice.  Some will have a maximum number allowance so places will be offered on a first come, best dressed basis.

Stretch class:

Time to take 50 minutes to replenish your body. This class allows you to give your body that tender loving care. Breathing and calming the body through a full body stretch while aiding in increasing your flexibility. Bound to feel like a new person after this class!

 Walk Camberwell:

This self-guided walk, at your own pace, allows time to take in some of the parks and spaces surrounding Siena College.

Yoga:

This class will cater for everyone from beginners to advanced.  Come along and learn to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals so you can’t go wrong with this class.

Meditation:

Every day we pick up one more thing that we cram into our already busy life.  During this session, through guided meditation, we will put aside our worries and create space for stillness.

Let’s Jam!

If your idea of relaxing is picking up an instrument or microphone and having a sing-a-long and jam with other like-minded people, this session is for you.  A great way to see out Term 2.
