Grant Evaluation Report: Sharing Success and Learning Lessons
We hope our grant award enabled many seafarers and their families to receive help and benefit from the services and support provided by your organisation.
We are interested to learn what difference our grant made to the work of your organisation and the lives of the seafarers you supported.
Please use this Survey Monkey reporting format to provide as much detail as you can about how you used your grant award. This is required in respect of the Terms & Conditions which were provided with your Grant Offer Letter.
