Welcome to the Mental Health Onsite survey, organised by Causeway Technologies in collaboration with Everton in the Community.
This survey is for anyone that spends the majority of their time working on construction sites.

The survey is completely confidential and will take just over 5 minutes to complete. It's split into three sections:
1) About you and your role
2) Attitudes towards mental health
3) The role of sport

As a thank you for completing the survey, we’re offering you the chance to be entered into a prize draw to win two tickets to the FA Community Shield 2022. All you need to do complete the survey and follow the instructions at the end. Please see full terms and conditions here
Some of the questions deal with themes that may be upsetting. If you'd like to access support or advice, you can contact the Samaritans by calling 116 123. Alternatively you can also access support via the industry charity Lighthouse Club. You can reach them by calling their support line 0345 605 1956 or alternatively texting HARDHAT to 85258.

About the research:
Construction is an industry that struggles more than most with mental health problems. Research shows that 1 in 4 construction workers contemplate suicide, and male site workers are three times more likely to die by suicide than the average male in the UK. These tragic statistics highlight the need for real change in the construction industry.

That’s why we’ve partnered with Everton in the Community to join the dots between construction, mental health, and football. We truly believe that sport can help open up conversations around mental health and as a technology provider, we feel that there are innovative ways in which technology can provide the solution to the mental health epidemic in our industry.

Please fill in this survey so we can better understand the role that sport and technology have to play in improving mental health in our sector.
