Norfolk and Waveney Mind Survey
Introduction
Help us shape the delivery of Mind services that best respond to the mental health needs of people living and working within Norfolk and Waveney.
The purpose of Norfolk and Waveney Mind is to ensure that no one suffers with a mental health problem alone. As a newly merged organisation it's vital that the communities we serve are given a voice and oppurtunity to contribute as we continue to respond to the mental health needs of people within our community.
To do this we are asking our stakeholders to help us by responding to this short survey.
The survey will help us identify who we support based on demographics, what services are considered important by stakeholders and identify preferences as to how those services are accessed.
It should only take a few minutes to complete and is in 3 sections

Your answers will remain anonymous and the outcomes will be shared on our website and at our official launch event in May. Information received will also be fed in, as appropriate, to our partner organisations as we continue to develop services as part of an integrated care system.
