Creative Alliance are known for specialising in entry level roles: using the apprenticeship programme to recruit, train & progress talent into their first paid creative, digital or marketing role. We are now being asked by employers about talent for ‘second level job roles’ as we have a database of young people who have now a few years of experience and will be looking to progress: if not with their current employer then with someone else.
