Thank you for taking part in our research into experiences and understanding of community and loneliness in the UK today.   The Young Foundation exists to help communities thrive and flourish but we know that loneliness and social isolation are a growing problem.  To help develop our work we want to know more about how people across the UK understand and experience both community and loneliness. This survey is anonymous (unless you choose to share your details at the end) and shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to complete.  When reporting on our findings we may use your words to illustrate specific themes or insights, but we will ensure that you are not identifiable.  You can read more about how we will use and store your data on our website.

What if I change my mind or have questions?
If you change your mind about sharing your story after you have submitted the survey - you can contact us via the email address below to withdraw your data up to the 21st of September.  As the survey is anonymous you will need to provide us with information about the story you submitted so that we can identify and remove it from our analysis.
