POPS are launching our ‘Get It Off Your Chest’ campaign, taking place throughout May 2021.

Families with whom we work with directly have shared with us the highs and many lows of this past year. We have witnessed the extreme challenges, the hopes and the disappointments.

We want to give families across the country an opportunity to share their experiences and ‘Get It Off Your Chest’. Our hope is that the campaign will help families feel heard and inform a report we are writing to highlight the experiences of families to our partner agencies and funders.

To enable as many people as possible to contribute we have created a number of different routes by which individuals can share their experiences. This survey is one of them. You can tell us anything by emailing rebeccac@partnersofprisoners.co.uk, but if you’re struggling to know where to start we have prepared the following questions:

Question Title

* 1. Tell us about how the lockdown affected you and your loved ones.

Question Title

* 2. If you have children, tell us about their experience of lockdown and how it has impacted their relationship with your imprisoned family member.

Question Title

* 3. Tell us any specific challenges you have faced during the last year.

Question Title

* 4. What helped, or did not help, you to get through the experience of the last year?

Question Title

* 5. Are you still the same person?

Question Title

* 6. Tell us a touching poignant or funny thing that happened during the lockdown.
