Academy Conversion Consultation Form

The Governors of Woodmansterne Primary School are seeking views on their proposal to convert to academy status and join the Bourne Education Trust with effect from 1st July 2019.

The Bourne Education Trust is a Surrey-based multi-academy trust made up of 12 schools: Auriol Junior School, Brookwood Primary School, Chertsey High School, Epsom and Ewell High School, Everest Community Academy, Jubilee High School, Meadow Primary School, Pyrcroft Grange Primary School, Sayes Court Primary School, Sythwood Primary School, The Matthew Arnold School and West Ewell Primary School.

As part of this decision, the Governors have applied to become an academy under the Academies Act 2010 and are now consulting on whether the school’s academy conversion should take place.

We would be grateful if you could complete the short questionnaire below by 7th April 2019 (the end of the consultation period) after which the Governors will finalise their decision.
