Once you have completed the form, we will aim to get in you within 14 days either by phone, email, post, or text to coordinate your requests.

This project is being coordinated by Bristol City Council. The information we collect will help provide feedback on the service received and to show whether it has impacted on the way you travel.

In the process of following up on your experience and requesting feedback, we may
  • Contact you via email, post or phone to complete a follow-up survey after you have received a service from us.
  • Contact you via MailChimp newsletter during the period of the scheme as our main communication channel. You will be able to opt out.
