CwPAMS App Feedback Survey

We are seeking feedback to understand how the CwPAMS App is being used. This feedback survey is mostly aimed at healthcare professionals in Ghana, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia using the CwPAMS Microguide App but feedback welcome from all.

There are no right or wrong answers, we are really interested in hearing your views and feedback.  This will allow us to improve the app in subsequent version.

All responses will be anonymised, and the data will be held in accordance with GDPR guidance. We will aim to share the findings in a peer review publication to share learning for others who may be interested in developing guideline apps.

You can stop the survey at anytime, if you’ve any questions about this, please get in touch at amr@commonwealthpharmacy.org
