In this 70th anniversary year of the IoIC, our purpose #WeMatterAtWork examines employees’ sense of purpose and value at work by focusing on how we communicate with them.

As part of our Annual Awards Competition we want to recognise Internal Communicators that exemplify this purpose and truly do make their colleagues feel that they do indeed matter at work.

Do you know someone who fits the bill, do you work alongside someone who makes others valued, are you the person who helps others to connect with their sense of purpose?

Please nominate anyone working in Internal Communications (you can nominate yourself) who you think deserves this accolade. Give us 250 words on why they are the person who really underlines #WeMatterAtWork and the shortlisted individuals will be invited to the Annual Awards Dinner on Friday 27 September at the Intercontinental Hotel Park Lane in London.
