The employability sector (organisations in the third sector which are helping disadvantaged people into work) and the funding that invests in job outcomes, is complex and is changing.  With the advent of Scottish Government policies such as No-one Left Behind and the Young Person's Guarantee Scheme, there are new opportunities that more third sector groups and social enterprises can exploit to support their beneficiaries.  This research has been funded by West Lothian Council and we are keen to find out what employability activity organisations are doing, what is possible in the future and what the opportunities are that can be realised.

This survey is strictly confidential but you have an opportunity to leave your contact details so that we can explore issues further.

The partnership has commissioned Community Enterprise (with The Larder, West Lothian Youth Action, West Lothian Social Enterprise Network and the Voluntary Sector Gateway West Lothian), to carry out this survey and other independent research to shape a plan going forward. All survey responses are recorded on Survey Monkey whose privacy policy can be viewed here (https://www.surveymonkey.com/mp/legal/privacy/).
