As we ease out of lockdown, we recognise that mental health support pathways and services have had to change and adapt.  Access to support has shifted from face to face to other methods including telephone, virtual platforms and self-help apps and websites. Whilst the impact of the COVID pandemic has been devastating, it has allowed services to reflect on and evaluate community support, considering how we can provide more inclusive and accessible services.
