Workingmums.co.uk is running a survey in partnership with The Changing Work Company aimed at those who have already had experience of hybrid or remote working before the pandemic. We are keen to hear from the ‘experts’, whose voice rarely gets heard, on what the challenges are and what works best. We want to tap into your knowledge and experience to be able to tell stories and anecdotes that will help others facing similar difficulties and help employers put good practices in place. 

We also want to find out what employers have done and are doing to support remote / hybrid workers and whether this helped (or not), and what more is needed or could have been done. We want to be able to recommend support / training / resources / good practices that people feel have worked well.
