I have never cycled but would like to change that!

I have cycled but it was so long ago I am not sure I remember how to anymore.

I can cycle but I am a bit wobbly and not very confident.

I can cycle confidently but only cycle off road or where I can be completely separate from traffic.

I can cycle on local quiet roads but not on main roads.

I am a confident commuter but find London traffic intimidating.

I am confident in my cycle skills but interested in what else cycling has to offer.

* 5. Which course would you like to join? All courses will take place on the weekend and in Lambeth but we will be running them in different locations and times to try to make sure we have options that work for you. If the May course location or time doesn't work for you as well as indicating the courses you could attend let us know in the other box times you would NOT be available on the weekend.

* 6. Confidence-building courses are one of the first things we are offering. However, we are planning to provide lots more. Which of the following would you be interested in?

Buddying sessions (to improve your confidence and help you nail the regular journeys you wish you could do by 🚲).

Group rides (social rides to improve confidence, meet other cyclists and have fun). We will be starting these rides in May and there is more info on our website.

Introduction to touring (slightly more adventurous social rides).

Basic maintenance (learn how to show your 🚲 some love).

Puncture workshop (learn and practice what to do do when you get a puncture so your self sufficient).

Trying out and riding confidently with cleats (basically you clip your shoe into your 🚲 pedals and it can be a bit tricky getting them out and in quickly so we can help you practice)

Family rides, organised 🚲 rides for the family.

Anything else you might like that we missed?🤔

For example, We can provide safety equipment if needed, help you with hiring or buying a bike or getting an existing bike in a safe condition to cycle.
