Warwickshire County Council are looking at how community services in Warwickshire for working age adults (16-64) with Disabilities and/or Mental Health needs will be delivered in the future.

The services the Council are looking at are:
  • Day opportunities
  • Complex needs services
  • Learning disability wellbeing hubs
  • Short breaks & Respite
  • Supported living
  • Specialist supported living
  • Live in care

They spoke to people from October to December 2020 and we were told what is important to you. 

We would like to find out more about this to help us know what we need to consider for future services.

These questions will ask you about your experiences and what you would like in the future.
