Girlguiding have received a grant from WAGGGS in response to the emergency crisis caused by war in Ukraine. The grant will help to ensure that people arriving in the UK are able to join Girlguiding and are given a warm welcome into the community by providing key Girlguiding documents in their home language and offering £100 grants to help support these individuals.

You'll be asked in your application to tell us what you plan to use the money for.

Who can apply for the £100 grant?
Any unit that has girls or volunteers that have or are wanting to join Girlguiding who come from Ukraine and are directly affected by the war. Where there are multiple individuals eligible for the grant a unit can submit one application form for the group as long as they list all the beneficiaries.

How will I receive the grant?
The grant will be paid to the unit the girls or volunteers are joining. In the application you'll be asked for the unit bank details so we can do a transfer of the funds.

How to apply
Please fill out the form below with all the information you can. We may be in touch to ask questions about your application if needed. We will be allocating the grants on a first-come-first-served basis to everyone who is eligible.
