Otherworld Venue Participation Application Form 2019

Many thanks for your interest in the festival and for taking the first steps into an Otherworld!

This form gives us all the information we need from you to register your application to take part in the 2019 London Otherworld Festival. We will consider all applications and will be in touch with you to discuss your application. We will select the final list of participating venues based on your application and these discussions.

Before completing the form please make sure you have read the following documents in the Participation Pack and if you have any questions about any part of the festival or this application process please get in touch:

Terms of Participation (5 pages) - This is the key document for you to read, it sets out the terms by which you agree to take part in the festival and you can only check the 'Understood and Agreed' box at the end of this form if you have read and understood the Terms of Participation document
Venue Payment System (2 pages) - This explains the guaranteed amount of money your venue will be paid, how we work it out and how and when you get paid

THE PROCESS

1)    Download the Participation pack, read and share with your collegues

2)    Consult with all the relevant colleagues in your organisation

3)    Attend the relevant circuit meetings in your area

4)    Tick the ‘Read & Understood’ box at the end of the Venue Participation Application form

5)    You will now know that your venue wants to take part in the festival and have some idea about what your event/s will be. You do not need all the details and information about your event to be confirmed before you fill out the Application form and accept the Terms of Participation. If your venue is invited to take part in the festival we will work out all the fine details of your event/s once the final venue line-up is confirmed.

6)    We will either send you a contract offer based on these terms for you to sign, or contact you to discuss any aspect of your participation

7)    Sign the contract offer and get cracking on organising your event!
