We are considering converting the small piece of land adjacent to the community garden, currently covered with gravel, into a boules terrain for community use. The game, which is also known as pétanque, is played in France and involves throwing metal balls or boules to see who can land closest to the cochon or jack. It can be played by all ages and is a great family game.
We would like to know how much interest there is in the village. If we get sufficient evidence of community interest, we may be able to obtain some funding. Therefore your responses are very useful.
