Tackling Climate Change...

One of the most important issues facing us all is the threat posed by climate change and we would like to see the Wenvoe community work together on a carbon reduction plan.  The Vale of Glamorgan has published Project Zero (Project0), a strategy to make its activities carbon neutral.  We can support and enhance it with activity in Wenvoe.

The following questions are just some of our ideas please give us some feedback on what you think. Thank you.

* 1. An on-line presentation from VoG about Project0 would give an opportunity for the Wenvoe community to discuss ideas for carbon reduction. How likely would you be to attend?

Question Title

* 2. One way of reducing carbon use is through purchasing sustainably produced food with reduced waste packaging from local suppliers.  How likely would you be to buy such produce if it were available in Wenvoe on a monthly basis?

* 3. We can all reduce carbon by using our cars less and we should encourage walking rather than driving around the village.
