The KSS Leadership Academy is developing a new Inclusion Strategy that aims to reflect the aspirations and challenges of the area that it serves. In relation to inclusion, equality and diversity and the delivery of compassionate care, there is not only the requirement to understand what people in the system need to develop inclusive leadership skills. Another key concern is how progress is made and measured within the KSS geographical region.

This survey is about the way that leaders lead to promote inclusion. Though it is aimed at people who are in leadership roles across the KSS region, we are also really happy to gather responses from people who are on the receiving end of leadership as well.
 
Results from the survey will be used by KSS Leadership Academy to help shape the development of the region's leadership support offer in this important field of work.
