Question Title

* 1. Adfam, the national charity supporting the families of people with substance misuse problems has been awarded a Department of Health and Social Care / Department of Work and Pensions grant to increase support the families children with Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD). This project will have two key elements:

A) a national programme of CPD accredited training on understanding the needs of families raising a child with FASD;
B) the development of support groups for families with a member who has FASD.

An early step in that process is this survey. This will help identify how we can move forward to deliver the goals of the project and ultimately deliver more support to these families.

It would be really helpful if you could take the time to complete this brief survey. It consists of 9 questions and should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete.
