Anonymous Wellbeing Survey

We want to understand the current wellbeing of Lambeth's voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations' workforce and volunteers. 

Working and volunteering in the sector is enormously demanding and requires deep resilience; for all sorts of reasons, the work can be emotional and distressing. COVID-19 has added a variety of pressures and challenges. The following survey asks you to anonymously consider your current wellbeing and your pre COVID-19 wellbeing.
