We want to know what you think about TransLink's SkyTrain Expo and Millennium lines. (The Canada Line is not part of this survey). How easy is it to get information? How frequent is SkyTrain service? Are fare options convenient? Are the stations and trains clean and comfortable?

We’re interested in your feedback regarding your current use of the SkyTrain service whether you use the service frequently, occasionally, or even if you rarely use the service at all.

It takes about 3-5 minutes to complete the survey, which consists of a number of statements, where we ask you whether you agree or disagree with each of them. At the end of the survey, we will ask you how the COVID pandemic has impacted your experience and use of the SkyTrain service.

This is an international survey being conducted by metro networks across the world at the same time, so that we can find out what our customers think of the service we provide. We’ll be comparing the results of the surveys, so that we can learn from each other and work toward giving you even better service.
