Autism in Schools survey – Parents/Carers and School Staff

The purpose of this survey is to gather insights into the experiences of parents/carers and school staff who care for / support children and young people with autism.

The survey is completely anonymous and will be used by NHS Cheshire and Merseyside and St Helens Council to help inform potential initiatives delivered within schools to improve the mental health and emotional wellbeing of children and young people with autism.

If you need any support or have any concerns about your wellbeing or the wellbeing of a child or young person, please seek help from your school, which may include a SENCO, Senior Mental Health Lead, Mental Health Support Team, Resilience Service and School Nurse, or from community services such as St Helens CAMHS.

The closing date for responses to this survey is 28th April 2023.
