Course Description:

The grace period will end on 30 June 2021.  EEA nationals and their family members who were resident before 1 January 2021 can still make applications in some circumstances.  However, many of these applications will become more complicated.

This course is aimed at anyone who:
  • Has attended training at OISC Level 1 or 2 and is preparing to sit an assessment
  • Is currently registered at OISC Level 1 or 2 wants an update on the new rules
The course will cover what the end of the grace period means, the applications that can still be made, and the regulatory boundaries, insofar as these are known.
