Being a Community Connector is all about sharing information and having conversations - building relationships between residents in Southend and organisation like Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, the NHS and Public Health.

We are reaching out to people who have connections within their community who can help share up to date and useful information, and feedback ideas and lived experiences. At the moment the focus is on the Covid pandemic, ensuring that we are all working together to keep residents in Southend safe and well.

We are hoping in future to work together on other local issues, taking a community-centred approach to information and resource sharing, ensuring everyone can be reached and that help is available to groups and individuals where required.
