Explanation about Q1: This is a Net Promoter Score (NPS) question; it is often used to measure opinions about a service or product and give an overall score. Responses 0-6 are 'Detractors', 7-8 are 'Passives' and 9-10 are 'Promoters.' The score is worked out by subtracting the percentage number of Detractors from the percentage number of Promoters.
