This questionnaire aims to understand businesses in Walsall and their approach to Diversity and Inclusivity practices in the workplace.  The findings of this study will be presented at the Walsall Business Diversity and Inclusion Conference to be held in early 2021.

The questionnaire includes five sections: your job, Diversity and Inclusion practices, working environment, employment experience and the impact of COVID-19. It takes 15 - 10 minutes to complete. This research project is commissioned by Walsall for All and the Department for Work and Pensions and managed by the Black Country Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with its research partner the University of Wolverhampton.

Your response to the survey will be completely anonymous and treated in confidence.

The survey will be solely analysed by the research team. The findings will be presented in formats that no individual or their responses can be identified. If you have any questions with regard the survey question and how the data will be used, please contact policy@blackcountrychamber.co.uk. By taking part this survey, you give the consent to process your response as described above.
