Emergency School Provision

The school has very limited places within it's emergency school provision. These places are for students who have a parent who is designated as a key worker.

The Government have stated 'If it is at all possible for children to be at home, then they should be.' The use of the emergency school provision should only be as a last resort as we need to keep the number of students and staff in school as low as possible to prevent the spread of Covid-19. I would urge you to think carefully about sending students in if there are people in your family with underlying health conditions as they will be in contact with many others. Students can only attend if they have been accepted in to the emergency school provision. Students who attend will complete the work that has been set for all students on Google Classroom.

Could I stress that the school will not be a drop in facility and if in the future a place is required then the application process will need to take place. I appreciate that this is a very difficult time for all families and as a school we will continue to support all students through distance learning.

If you would like to apply for place within the provision please complete the application form below and also email Mr K Smith (Deputy Headteacher) to make him aware that you have applied. smithk@christletonhigh.co.uk
