Adiaha Antigha Community Achievement Awards 2021 - Nomination form

To nominate an individual or an organisation for an award please answer the questions below by 11.59pm on Monday 25 January.

Please be sure to inform the organisation or individual you are nominating.

Details of the individual or organisations nominated will then be published and open to a vote by the VCS in Hackney.

The Adiaha Antigha awards will all be presented along with the Gary Francis awards on 18 March 2021.
