Queens Cross are considering building a small number of live/work units in the Hamiltonhill area. These would provide flexible space that allow small businesses to combine their living accommodation and work space.

The Hamiltonhill area sits overlooking the canal just north of the city centre. These units would form part of a larger regeneration of the area with new homes, shops and infrastructure. 

This survey will help us understand the  demand for this type of space, the design needs to consider and the price implications.
