NAWE Conference - Future Format

The NAWE conference has become an important event on the annual calendar, an opportunity for members and non-members involved in creative writing in education to meet up, share ideas and experience inspiring talks and workshops.

For 2020, the conference format will be as before, but we want to make sure that from 2021 onwards, the event is relevant and the format flexible enough to ensure that as many people are able to attend as possible.

We've listened to your feedback from previous conferences and we've come up with two options that summarise the main preferences expressed.

Now we'd like you to choose which option you prefer and let us know a bit more about your choice.

Option 1: An annual 1½ day conference, starting Friday lunchtime and finishing Saturday teatime/early evening.

Option 2: A biennial 2½ day conference, starting Friday morning and finishing Sunday lunchtime, with other regional events held throughout the other year.
