The self-care steering group is now working with local people and communities to promote and support good self-care and resilience.

We are having this conversation because we want to help people across Milton Keynes use their own skills and strengths to improve their health and wellbeing. We are speaking with local communities as well as a range of professionals across the partnership to understand how we can grow a social movement to support the self-care agenda.
