Self-expressive serial monitoring tool

This questionnaire is aimed at chronic pain healthcare providers in secondary care. It is a part of a market discovery process funded by ICURe NorthByNorthwest and Innovate UK, supporting the development of Ulster University research towards its clinical viability.
