I support Margate Estates plans for a new seafront hotel and rooftop bar Reference: F/TH/18/1053. I believe it will: 

• Provide great food and leisure facilities for local people
• Create new jobs for local people
• Attract more tourists to Margate 
• Generate economic growth in the town and surrounding areas
• Revitalise the existing site and enhance the seafront area
• Deliver a rooftop bar with spectacular sea views
• Enhance Margate’s leisure offer by providing a quality hotel, restaurant and rooftop bar 

I urge the Council to approve this application.
