Welcome to Our Survey
Grow Sunderland CIC is a not-for-profit organisation – a collection of individuals and organisations who, with support from *Sustainable Sunderland, are working to access land in the Sunderland area, to grow fruit and veg.
We plan to use a section of the Vaux site as a temporary showcase and learning development area for growing, which the local community can become involved in. We will also be looking for other areas of land to develop and will be working with other community groups to do so. We aim to improve access tolocal sustainably grown fruit and veg and in doing so reduce food miles and our carbon footprint. We will be fostering a sense of community and using Permaculture ethics and practises which support Nature and wild-flower/wild-life habitats.
We would greatly appreciate you filling in this survey. If you were not home when we called, we have posted it so that you are able to fill it out at your leisure. We will call within a couple of days to collect it.
