Membership Survey 2016

Thank you for choosing to participate in the Volleyball England Membership Survey 2016.

This is the most in-depth survey that Volleyball England has done, covering personal information, your role as a player, coach, referee and club committee member (if applicable), facilities and equipment and your thoughts on Volleyball England as a company.

We envisage the survey taking around 20 minutes. Please do bear with us, and complete the survey to the best of your ability as the information you provide us about yourself, your role within volleyball and your thoughts on Volleyball England are valuable to us and will help us to shape the way we work going forwards.

As a thank you for your time and commitment to the sport, everybody who chooses to leave their contact details will be entered into a fantastic prize draw, where you could win one of five great prizes!

The survey closes on Friday 26th August. All prize draw entries will be entered into a draw and five winners will be picked at random. Prizes will be sent to the addresses provided in the survey.
