This survey is specifically targeted at blind and visually impaired people who attend audio-described theatre performances. Please do not take the survey if this is not relevant to you. Its purpose is to help VocalEyes and Audio Description Association members advise the venues that we work with how best to support audio description users in future.

There are 30 questions in total, but all are optional, and most are multiple choice, with the option to add comments. It will probably take you about 20 minutes to complete the survey.
