YMCA St Paul's Group Children's Services

We are looking to seek your views in relation to re-opening activity classes as soon as the government inform us it is safe to do so, and would very much appreciate it, if you could take a few minutes to complete this questionnaire.

Coaches should wear a face covering if they cannot maintain a 2 metre distance

I would not like coaches to wear a face covering as this may be scary for children

Coaches should make their own decision as everybody has a different view point, which should be respected.
