This survey is for anyone using, or who has used, a service from CancerCare. It's important to us that people who would benefit from our support know about, and can get to, our services.

We’d really appreciate your opinion on how we can improve our support for you, and also make sure that as many people as possible can find us. The questions cover 3 main issues that we particularly want to know more about:

1.      How you heard about the service

2.      What you think of the service

3.      What might help people to use the service
