The People Plan for Social Care, published in December 2021, was successfully launched at the House of Lords on March 28th 2022. This achievement was only possible due to the incredible contributions of everyone living and working in Social Care. The people plan is a report written by the sector for the sector.
The plan is a doing document, and an evolving document. This survey marks the beginning of the consultation of the second version of the People Plan due to be published in November 2022.
This People Plan will have a strong emphasis on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion so this survey includes demographic questions to help provide a picture of the demographic of the social care workforce.
