This survey is for families of problem gamblers.

In the UK, over 2 million people are considered to be problem gamblers or at risk of becoming so. This can cause a number of issues for families and affect their mental, social and financial well-being.

Adfam is working with GamCare to improve support for families affected by problem gambling.

We want to hear directly from families to find out what kind of support would be most useful and appropriate for them. If you are the family member of someone that's experiencing a gambling problem, please tell us more by filling out the survey below.

The survey will take around 5 minutes to complete. All responses are completely anonymous and will only be seen internally by Adfam project staff.
